The healthcare system today is more complicated than ever before and navigating your care options can be confusing. That’s why Sysco is offering you a Healthcare Navigation service. When you use the Healthcare Navigation service, you’ll have access to a dedicated Health Pro who offers you expert advice, through phone or email.

Health Pros are available to all associates who are eligible for Sysco-sponsored medical benefits during the benefits enrollment period. Available only to associates who enroll in a Sysco national medical plan administered by BlueCross BlueShield in 2020.

Your Health Pro is your first stop when you have a benefits question. Everyone needs help navigating the challenging world of healthcare. You don’t have to do it alone anymore—you’ve got a Health Pro on your side. Your Health Pro can help you:

  • Understand Sysco’s health plans
  • Find highly rated, cost-effective providers for medical, dental and vision
  • Coordinate your care
  • Use the right programs at the right times
  • Compare costs for procedures and other care
  • Find lower cost prescription options
  • Understand your medical bills

You can contact a Health Pro by email or phone.

  • Email: Log on to the Total Rewards Café through SyscoBenefits.com and click on the image that says “Learn About Your Health Pro”.

When you contact your Health Pro with a question, he/she will do the legwork and get back to you within 24 hours via phone or email. You choose the way you want your Health Pro to reach out.

Yes, the Sysco Benefits Center will continue to be available to all associates, regardless of your medical plan election. They can answer your benefits eligibility and enrollment questions. However, if you are enrolled in one of the four Sysco-sponsored national medical plans, your Health Pro can help you with even more, like deciding which plan is the best for you or helping you save on healthcare costs.

The 2018 Wellness Rewards Program window ended on November 1, 2017. If you and your spouse completed the requirements by November 1, 2017, and earned your Wellness Reward for 2018, your reward will be deposited in your healthcare expense account in January 2018! Don’t be concerned if your Wellness Reward amount is not displayed in the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café in 2017. Your 2018 Wellness Reward amount will not appear in the system until January 2018.

Please note: If you and your spouse completed the requirements early — by October 1, 2017 — and did not choose to receive your reward a different way during 2018 Benefits Enrollment, you will receive your reward as a credit to the medical plan premium taken from your paycheck each pay period in 2018.
