Enrolling and Paying for Coverage

You can enroll anytime during the year. Pet insurance goes into effect on the first of the month following your enrollment date.

To enroll, click here or call 1-800-GET-MET8 (1-800-438-6388). When you enroll, you will need to enter your employer as Sysco Corporation.

You will pay your premiums directly to MetLife—they will not be taken out of your paycheck.
