Thrive is a virtual physical care program through Sword Health designed to help you overcome your back, joint, or muscle pain from the comfort of your home. It combines physical care specialists with easy-to-use technology. You’ll work with a dedicated physical therapist and receive a tablet and motion sensors for your exercise sessions.

Women’s Pelvic Health: Bloom
Care Offered through Bloom
Bloom is the next generation of pelvic health care. It addresses women’s pelvic health disorders with a Pelvic Health Specialist, an intravaginal biofeedback sensor, a tailored pelvic exercise program, and other resources.
Bloom provides comprehensive, clinical-grade care for:
- Bladder Health: From bladder leakage to urinary urgency, Bloom helps improve pelvic floor strength and function.
- Bowel Disorders: Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and fecal leakage are often the result of pelvic floor dysfunction.
