Dental

Sysco offers two dental plan options, the Basic plan and the Premium plan, through Delta Dental. Delta has the largest national network of dental providers and substantial pricing discounts that lower your costs.
However, for the best savings, visit a dentist in the PPO network—these dentists have agreed to contracted rates, and you won’t get charged more than your share. If you can’t find a PPO dentist, the second best opportunity to save is with a Delta Dental Premier® dentist. To find in-network providers in the PPO or Premier networks, go to the Delta Dental portal.
Compare the Plans
Both dental plans cover preventive care, basic services, and major care, as well as orthodontia and out-of-network services. The main differences between the plan are the deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and orthodontia coverage.

Basic Plan
The Basic plan covers 100% of preventive care services, but it has higher deductibles and lower calendar-year maximums, and covers less for orthodontia.

Premium Plan
The Premium plan covers 100% of preventive care services and offers lower deductibles, higher calendar-year maximums, and additional orthodontia benefits.
