The Aetna Find a Doctor look-up tool lets you search for and learn more about doctors, hospitals, walk-in clinics, labs and behavioral health providers, and other health providers in your area.

There are also tools to help you choose quality, in-network and local providers, pharmacies and facilities, including convenient retail clinics and urgent care facilities.

As a first time user, you will need to register for an account. Click on the purple Login button on the right hand side of the Aetna home page or just go directly here.

Click on Register on the bottom of the login page. You can find your Member ID on the Aetna ID card that was mailed to your home address on file with Sysco. If you don't want to use your Member ID, you can use your Social Security number. Then fill in the rest of the requested information and register for your account.

Yes! CVS offers an easy to use app so you can manage and refill prescriptions, save with ExtraCare deals, and find a clinic.

Yes! Aetna offers an easy to use app to help you manage your benefits on the go right from your phone. You can find doctors, compare costs, view claims, track spending, and more.

MinuteClinic locations are found inside select CVS Pharmacy® and Target stores and in the CVS® HealthHUB™. CVS HealthHUB locations offer expanded MinuteClinic services, one-on-one guidance and resources for people to manage their health.

You can access the expanded MinuteClinic services—including care for certain chronic conditions—at CVS HealthHUB locations at no or low cost to you.

Each of the medical plans has pros and cons and provide options for the various individual needs of our colleagues. There are tools, however, to help make the choice easier for you:

• The enrollment system in the Total Rewards Café. You'll follow a simple guided process that highlights key plans and helps you estimate your costs and choose which medical plan may be right for you and your family.

Yes. The Telehealth service, administered by Teladoc, is available to all colleagues enrolled in the four national plans administered by Aetna. Please note, the Telehealth service is available where permitted by state.
