AccessHope’s oncology experts provide support for members with cancer. AccessHope cancer support services connect you to expertise at City of Hope, a renowned comprehensive cancer center, and include:

  • A Cancer Support Line - A dedicated phone line answered by experienced oncology nurses who can help at every stage of your cancer journey.
  • Expert Advisory Review - A physician from AccessHope, who specializes in your type of cancer, will review your diagnosis and treatment plan and work directly with your local doctor to provide a recommendation regarding the planned treatment or recommend a new treatment plan, if needed.

The Transform Diabetes Care program through Aetna provides the right amount of guidance and support for managing your diabetes, based on your needs and preferences.

If you’re managing diabetes, you’re enrolled automatically, and have access to resources and services, such as:

  • Blood sugar monitoring
  • Pharmacists and nurses who can help answer your questions
  • Prescription refill reminders
  • Preventive health screenings
  • Healthy lifestyle plans
  • Nutrition plans for your likes and needs
  • And the CVS Health Tracker app

Remember, you must be enrolled in one of the four Sysco-sponsored national medical plans administered by Aetna to access these resources.

The 2018 Wellness Rewards Program window ended on November 1, 2017. If you and your spouse completed the requirements by November 1, 2017, and earned your Wellness Reward for 2018, your reward will be deposited in your healthcare expense account in January 2018! Don’t be concerned if your Wellness Reward amount is not displayed in the enrollment system on the Total Rewards Café in 2017. Your 2018 Wellness Reward amount will not appear in the system until January 2018.

Please note: If you and your spouse completed the requirements early — by October 1, 2017 — and did not choose to receive your reward a different way during 2018 Benefits Enrollment, you will receive your reward as a credit to the medical plan premium taken from your paycheck each pay period in 2018.
