Selecting a Medical Plan

Selecting the right medical plan can seem daunting as Sysco offers you a lot of great choices. Use these tools to help you choose a Sysco-sponsored national medical plan and estimate costs.

Aetna Healthcare Advocate

With all of Sysco’s great benefits, we realize that understanding your options can be confusing. So, for associates who are enrolled in a Sysco national medical plan, we’re offering you access to a Healthcare Advocate through Aetna. Healthcare Advocates will offer you expert advice, as if they’re your very own health advisor.

  • Call the Healthcare Advocate at 1-833-361-0223. Your dedicated team is available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday in your time zone.

Network Providers

Find Aetna network doctors and facilities.

Click here to see if your provider is in the Aetna network. You will be prompted to select a plan name. The plan names will include the medical plans below:

If you choose the National HMO plan, you must use Aetna network providers to receive any benefits. If you choose one of the other plans, using network providers will help you get the best benefit. Note that the National HMO plan is not available in all areas.
