As of September 1, the Sysco Benefits Center has a new administrator, bswift.
Do I continue to use the Total Rewards Café?
Yes, you will continue to access your benefits through the Total Rewards Café, on the home page of SyscoBenefits.com. Once in the Total Rewards Café, things will work and look a little differently than they do today.
Why did Sysco make this change?
Our goal is simple — to offer you the best benefits, tools, and resources possible so you can take care of yourself and your family. bswift provides an intuitive platform that guides you through your benefits experience from start to finish.
What do I need to do right now?
Your current benefits elections will remain the same and automatically transferred to bswift. However, you need to set up your new username and password, log in, and review your coverage in the Total Rewards Café. We encourage you to do this by September 15.
