Thank you for supporting the Bix Benefits Enrollment! Benefits Enrollment ended on March 22. Our goal is to ensure that colleagues fully understand their benefit options.
If colleagues added dependents to their coverage, they will need to provide dependent verification (i.e., birth certificate, proof of marriage, adoption or legal guardianship records and joint ownership paperwork, domestic partnership affidavit) to validate the relationship with their eligible dependents. Falsification of dependent eligibility may result in disciplinary action, up to and including loss of benefits or termination of employment.
Please take a moment to review the communications we've created for colleagues. You will find them on the bottom of this webpage. We are translating the mailer into the following languages: Spanish, Arabic, Burmese, Dari, French, Hmong, Karen, Karenni, Kinyarwanda, Nepalese, Pashto, Swahili, Somali, Tagrina, and Vietnamese.

Transition of Care services are available if a colleague is currently in an active course of treatment that will be disrupted due to a change in their medical plan. Transition of Care services allows colleagues to continue to work with their current care team for a designated period of time.
To initiate Transition of Care coverage, colleagues will need to complete a transition of care form that can be found here.
Ask Emma is ourinteractive decision support tool! Emma guides colleagues through the benefits enrollment process by asking a few simple questions.
