Thank you for supporting the Edward Don & Company Benefits Enrollment! Annual Benefits Enrollment is October 28–November 15. Our goal is to ensure that colleagues fully understand their benefit options.
Annual Benefits Enrollment is our Edward Don & Company colleagues' first opportunity to enroll in Sysco benefits. The benefits they enroll in will be effective on January 1, 2025. We are providing our new colleagues with robust enrollment materials to assist them in making their benefits decisions.
Please take a moment to review the communications we've created for colleagues. You will find them at the bottom of this webpage. The mailer, poster, and flyers are provided in English and Spanish. The video will be posted when it's complete, including a version with Spanish subtitles.
If colleagues added dependents to their coverage, they will need to provide dependent verification (i.e., birth certificate, proof of marriage and joint ownership paperwork such as a mortgage if the date of marriage is not within the past 12 months, adoption or legal guardianship paperwork for a child, or a domestic partner affidavit) within 45 days of enrolling to validate the relationship with their eligible dependents. Colleagues will be contacted about the documentation they need to provide.
Falsification of dependent eligibility may result in disciplinary action, up to and including loss of benefits or termination of employment.
Colleagues should call the Aetna Healthcare Advocate for assistance in choosing their benefits. For help enrolling, they should contact the Sysco Benefits Center at 800-55-SYSCO (1-800-557-9726), Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CT. Translators are available.
You are critical in the success of Annual Benefits Enrollment. Here is how you can help:

Transition of Care services are available if a colleague is currently in an active course of treatment that will be disrupted due to a change in their medical plan. Some examples include a scheduled surgery, pregnancy, or ongoing treatment for a serious illness or certain behavioral health conditions. Transition of Care services allows colleagues to continue to work with their current care team for a designated period of time.
To initiate Transition of Care coverage, colleagues will need to complete a transition of care form which can be found here.
Ask Emma is ourinteractive decision support tool! Emma guides colleagues through the benefits enrollment process by asking a few simple questions. Based on a colleague’s responses, she’ll suggest plans that fit each individual’s needs, taking the guesswork out of benefits shopping. Colleagues can enable the Ask Emma tool at any time when they enroll in the Total Rewards Café.
All colleagues should download the bswift Mobile app. In the app, colleagues can:
Colleagues can add the app to their Apple or Android device. They will simply enter the company code syscobenefits and follow the on-screen instructions.
