Regardless of your medical plan, all impacted colleagues can receive free consultations through the Teladoc hotline.
For colleagues in impacted areas (Florida):
Get 24/7 crisis support from the Aetna Resources for Living EAP which includes up to 5 full counseling sessions, at no cost to you. See the Employee Assistance Program and Virtual Behavioral Health Services (through Teladoc)pages in the Benefits Guide.
Aetna Resources for Living EAP offers support during hurricanes and has a list of specific resources to help you if you are affected by Hurricane Ian.
Fidelity 401(k)
If you need to take a hardship withdrawal from your Fidelity 401(k), call 1-800-635-4015 or go to the Fidelity website.
Fidelity 401(k) Disaster Relief Hardship
You must live in County/Parish which is eligible for individual assistance from FEMA. You may be eligible to increase your withdrawal amount to pay reasonable federal, state and local taxes anticipated to result from the withdrawal. To claim a Disaster Relief Hardship, you must call 1-800-635-4015. You cannot make an online request.
Free MetLife Disaster Relief Legal Assistance
MetLife offers disaster relief legal assistance to all Sysco colleagues at no cost to you through December 31, 2022. This assistance includes:
