If you enroll in a Sysco-sponsored national medical plan, you will have access to board-certified, telemedicine-trained doctors via phone, mobile and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If it’s after hours or you can’t get to the doctor’s office, Teladoc connects you with board-certified doctors. They can treat many non-emergency medical issues by phone or video. This may help you avoid unnecessary urgent care and emergency room visits, which can be costly and time-consuming. And it’s convenient to use—you can speak to a doctor “on demand” in minutes. Or just schedule a time that’s more convenient for you. These doctors can resolve common health issues by answering questions, diagnosing illnesses, providing referrals or writing prescriptions as needed.

You can use Teladoc anytime you are away from home and in need of care. This includes care for dependents enrolled in your medical coverage, including those who are away from home, for example at camp, school or college. Teladoc is a convenient, affordable care option when you are away from home and may not have in-network providers close by OR if you or a covered dependent needs care  on the go.

You choose from board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, therapists or counselors—selecting the care provider that’s right for you. You can talk to the same therapist each time about anything from anxiety and depression to grief, family issues or relationship support.

You can connect with your behavioral health provider 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time, by video. Teladoc provides confidential support from wherever you’re most comfortable.
